Make Kahlua Cheesecake Balls For A Secret Evening Treat

You’ve been good all day.  Now put your feet up and reward yourself with silky, coffee-flavored Kahlua Cheesecake Balls.  The kids never have to know;)

Even when we are trying to eat our best, sometimes we just need one bite of something indulgent.  And rather than grabbing one or several of whatever gets thrown in the lunchboxes, why not keep a stash of something extra special?  Just for the adults.

A cheesecake ball, whipped together with store-bought chocolate covered cookies and cream cheese and spiked with a bit of coffee Kahlua is just the ticket for an end-of-the-day decadent treat.

Bake Play Smile has a great recipe for us.  She is in Australia, so she recommends Tim Tam biscuits, which are a popular favorite in that part of the world.  If you can’t find them in your local stateside store, try subbing any white chocolate covered vanilla cookie that your store carries.  White Chocolate Kit Kats may also work in a pinch.  Enjoy!

Kahlua Cheesecake Balls are a perfect secret treat to enjoy with your evening glass of wine.
