Baked Creamed Corn Is An Easy, Inexpensive Favorite

When it comes to crowd-pleasers, you can count on corn.  Enjoy it fresh, canned or frozen in this belly-warming Baked Creamed Corn side dish.  Perfect any time of year!

As summer is in full swing, we are still enjoying cookouts and fresh-from-the-farm ingredients.   But we can also see fall in the not-too-distant future and are already vaguely thinking about football and pumpkin spice.  How about a dish that satisfies your menu needs, no matter what time of year?  This crowd-pleasing creamed corn casserole can be made now with corn cut straight from the cob, but it would be just as tasty with canned or frozen.  We can see it as a hit on the picnic table, the tailgate or even the Thanksgiving buffet.

  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. milk
