Slow Cooker Cheeseburger Soup Is Easy Dinner On A Cold Winter’s Night

These cold winter months call for something substantial for dinner.  Keep it easy and delicious with slow cooker cheeseburger soup that satisfies all the appetites in your household.

The days are short and the nights are long and frigid.  Keep your body fueled up with something hot and comforting.  Soup always does the trick, but add in the elements of a cheeseburger and you’ve got a real winner.

Life in the Lofthouse has a great recipe for cheeseburger soup that comes together so easily in the slow cooker.  Just make the soup base ahead and time and add the cooked beef, gravy and cheese at the end.  Dinner perfection on a cozy night in!
