It Started With Green Peppers And A Crockpot And The End Result Is So Good!
At my house there’s always something simmering in the crock pot and these healthy crockpot stuffed green peppers are next.

- 6 large green bell peppers
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- ¼ cup oatmeal
- ¼ cup long grain white rice, uncooked
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 large carrot, shredded
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 small cans tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup shredded cheese
