Easy Salmon Cakes Are Super Nutritious And Calcium-Rich

Looking for a way to get more calcium in your diet?  These simple Salmon Cakes are a quick dinner solution and include 3 super food ingredients!

When it comes to eating nutritiously, it’s tough to get all the things that we need, every day.  That’s why we love a dish that checks off three boxes at once and packs a punch of good stuff, including Omega-3s, iron, protein and calcium.

These salmon cakes are calcium rich because they use bone-in salmon.  Don’t worry.  The bones are so small that they melt right into the meat and you don’t even notice them.  Add in some spinach and eggs and you have a delicious explosion of vitamins on your dinner plate!  Thanks to Good + Simple for making us healthier!
