Whether you love carrots or are a bit lukewarm on them, this recipe is worth a try!  It’s simple to pull together, requiring only an egg dip to give the carrots a crunchy coating before dipping in savory, nutty Parmesan cheese and baking until golden.  Balance out the sweet carrots and salty cheese with a creamy, but spicy dip and your mouth is in for a flavor explosion!
