Big Mac Salad Is All The Classic Flavors With Less Guilt

When’s the last time you had a Big Mac?  Indulge in McDonald’s classic flavors with this low carb, gluten free Big Mac Salad.

I’ll bet you know the song.  C’mon, sing it with me.  “Two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun.”  I remember so well when that jingle hit the airwaves.  All the kids were singing it.  Pure marketing genius.

It seems like anyone who had not already tried a Bic Mac sure wanted to after all that buzz.

The Big Mac is one of those iconic McDonald’s offerings that is truly considered an indulgence for most of us.  Two patties and lots of bread is hardly good for the waistline.

But now you can enjoy those classic flavors in salad form and eliminate some of the ingredients that make it so over-indulgent.  Thanks to Wholesome Yum, no bread and a more moderate serving of beef significantly lower the carb levels and also make this dish gluten-free.  This meal in a bowl will satisfy all those fast food cravings and may even allow you enough room in your diet for a couple of fries.  We won’t tell;)
