Hold the phone, this one has us all in a tizzy!  If you want to get your people excited about a meal, whip up some of this “jam” for the condiment table.  It hits all sorts of flavor notes, combining sweet onions and brown sugar, tangy vinegar and smoky, crunchy bacon.

  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
