Sometimes when we try to eat healthy, we just don’t eat enough. Then next thing you know, we are packing handfuls of whatever we can find into our mouths with hours to go until lunch.
But you can eat healthy and be full too.
This baked oatmeal is quick, because all do you throw the ingredients together the night before.
The next morning you just heat it up and eat it up (and your house gets to smell like Martha Stewart’s.)
This oatmeal recipe is hardy enough to last you until lunch, and the best part is that it is yummy and guilt free.
