5 Ingredient Crockpot Sausage And Potatoes Rescue Dinner

Are you busy, busy, busy?  Super simple Crockpot Sausage and Potatoes are affordable and hearty and will have you feeling like a dinnertime superhero.

I always look forward to this time of year with such excitement.  Fall activities, the change of seasons, my favorite comfort foods, the holidays right around the corner.  But then, something happens.  That anticipation turns into chaos as our schedule fills up so much that we can’t really enjoy the moment that we are in.  We are always preparing for the next thing.  I really need to do something about that so I can relish my favorite season, once again!



Here’s a start.  More easy recipes with limited ingredients!  Not only will the grocery list be more streamlined and budget-friendly, but, with a little planning, a warm and filling Crockpot dinner can be ready whenever we are.

  • 2.5 lbs. medium russet potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • ¾ tsp. creole seasoning
