Candied Tomatoes Are A Sweet, Dried Fruit With Flavored Oil

How’s your tomato harvest?  Gather up some cherries and whip up this simple candied tomatoes recipe.  Delicious in pastas, rice and omelets…and save the flavored oil!

We’re sure you are familiar with sun-dried tomatoes.  Forego the expensive store-bought versions and make something similar using cherry tomatoes from your own garden!  All you need to do is oven-dry them on low heat and then immerse them in olive oil and herbs.
