Looking to dress up your chicken dinner?  Buttermilk Pecan Chicken is fried in the oven and the perfect main dish for a southern-inspired meal.

We are always searching for a new way to serve up chicken.  While this is a pretty classic recipe, it deserves renewing in our arsenals of go-to entrees.  It’s a simple execution using buttermilk to tenderize and moisten the meat and pecans and sesame seeds to add crunch and flavor.

Bake/fry it up in the oven while throwing together some fresh and easy sides and dinner is on the table in no time.
