Eclair Cake Ingredients
- 1 pkg chocolate or regular graham crackers
- 1 large pkg instant vanilla or chocolate pudding (I use sugar free)
- 1 medium size chocolate or vanilla Cool Whip (I use lite)
- 1 can chocolate frosting (I use sheet cake size can)
- 1 9×13 pan
Eclair Cake Instructions
1: Place graham crackers on bottom of pan.
2: Make pudding by directions then fold in Cool Whip.
3: Put 1/2 pudding mixture over crackers, add another layer of crackers, add remaining pudding mixture, and one more layer of crackers.
4: Heat chocolate frosting in microwave for 1 minute until you can pour in over crackers. Spread with knife.
5: Needs to be refrigerated for 6 hours.
