Fried Green Tomato BLT With Pimento Cheese! Amazing!

Hold onto your hats, have we got a recipe for you!  Fried Green Tomato BLT with Pimento Cheese sandwich hits all the right notes and oozes Southern flavors.

Some of you may already be familiar with this sandwich combination.  In certain parts of the country, it’s a huge hit and is becoming a staple on restaurant lunch menus.  I can remember having my first taste at a cafe in Raleigh, NC.  Let me tell you, it was heavenly!  Crunchy, gooey, tangy, spicy, smoky.  What’s not to love?

Now you can make one at home with this recipe from Bites of Bri.  She walks you through each of the elements, reminding to allow the tomatoes to rest after cutting and suggesting store-bought pimento if you don’t want to make your own.  However you slice it, this sandwich is sure to please.
