No Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake

While Chocolate Biscuit Cake looks to be a complicated and decadent gourmet dessert, it’s actually just a few basic ingredients and quite simple to make.
Follow along with Home Cooking Adventure as she shows how to make this delightful treat for which you won’t even have to turn on the oven. This recipe uses “Digestive Biscuits”, which are really very similar to graham crackers. If you can’t find authentic Digestive Biscuits (check your grocery’s international food aisle), feel free to substitute. - 28 oz. Digestive Biscuits (or graham crackers)
- 1 cup walnuts or hazelnuts
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup water
- 2/3 cup soft butter
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 4 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped
