When I Whipped Up These Bacon Pancakes, My Husband Lost It!
The best part of breakfast is enjoying both bacon and pancakes. But what happens when you marry the two? A perfect union. These bacon pancakes from Martha Stewart are a gift from heaven. These are going on my cooking bucket list.
- 1 cup all-purpose flour, (spooned and leveled)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 8 slices bacon
