Amish Banana Nut Bread Is So Good, And It Lives Up To Its Name!
Anytime someone says “Amish” I jump for joy. This Amish banana nut bread, lives up to it’s name because it is so yummy. Thanks to PatriciasPatchwork, I will be making this recipe for years to come.
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine (light margarine works)
- 2 tablespoons skim milk
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup truvia blend (or 1 cup sugar)
- 3 medium bananas, mashed (about 1-1/2 cups)
- 2 cups flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
