1. Ingredients
Spicy pumpkin pie spice:
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
Mild pumpkin pie spice:
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
If you’re not as big on the more intense spices like clove and cardamom, half those amounts.
