• 6-8 brownies, prepared
• 1/4 cup chocolate chips
• 4 ounces low fat cream cheese
• 2 cups of all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
• 11/4 teaspoons of baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 large egg
• 13/4 cup soda water
• Canola oil
