DIY Succulent Turtle Made From The Plant And Dollar Store

Succulents are the trending plants of the decade.  Add these interesting and drought tolerant beauties to your yard with this adorable DIY Succulent Turtle!

If you enjoy gardening, you probably already have a list of favorite plants that you know perform well in your climate and deliver the kind of foliage and flowers that you like.  Over the past several years, succulents have entered the market as a beautiful accent plant that does not require much water and provides a gorgeous, plump, architectural leaf structure.  We have seen succulents everywhere.  Arrangements, wedding bouquets, wreaths, even cake decorating.

We love the idea of bringing these beauties to our own garden in a little bit of an unexpected way.  Gardening in the Shade shows us how she pulled together this adorable succulent turtle, using items that can mostly be found at the dollar store.  It’s a project that you can customize to your taste, with your favorite succulent plants, and that will be sure to make your garden space come alive!
