DIY Burlap Wreath In 15 Minutes Or Less

I’ve seen these burlap wreaths everyone and I always thought they must be so hard to make. But thanks to Linda at Craftaholics Anonymous and her 15 minute guide, my door just got a whole lot more festive!

Let’s start with the materials. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Roll of 6″ wide burlap ribbon
  • 12″ wire wreath form
  • Scissors
  • Silk flowers and leaves of your choosing for embellishment

Step 1:

Tie a knot around the wire wreath form with one end of the burlap

Step 2:

Push the burlap through one of the sections of the wreath form and twist so that the loop is sideways.

Step 3:

Continue making loops but make sure to do the next “bubble” in the wire opening next to the one you just did to hold the previous loop in place. Continue around the wreath until it’s as full as you prefer.

Step 4:

Cut off any extra burlap and either tie another knot to finish off the wreath or simply tuck it into the bubbles.

Step 5:

Hot glue all of your favorite embellishments such as silk flowers, leaves, ornaments, bows, etc.
