Warm Your Home and Welcome Santa With This Cardboard Fireplace
Every year during the holiday season, those of us without lovely mantels to decorate and to welcome Santa in, we might wish that we had one. This year you can create you own temporary cardboard fireplace. This is such as grand idea that will warm up your space, even if it doesn’t burn fire.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 2 white tri-fold cardboard display boards
- 2 black tri-fold display boards
- 1 4-foot pine board, 1 inch x 12 inch
- Utility knife
- Clear packing tape
- Duct tape
- 4 pieces scrapbook paper, 12 inch x 12 inch
- Mod Podge
- Assorted wood trim pieces
- Hot melt glue gun
- Paint
