First let focus on our toes. Here’s such a simple ‘recipe’ to brighten them up!

Here’s what you’ll need: 1 tbsp peroxide and 2 1/4 tbsp baking soda; mix them together to create a pasty mixture. Put this paste on your toe nails and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then rinse and Ta-Da! White, bright nails!

Next let’s look at our teeth.

Here’s what you’ll need: Hydrogen Peroxide, Baking Soda, toothpaste & mouthwash. Mix 1/2 tablespoon Hydrogen Peroxide + 1/2 tablespoon mouthwash and gargle the mixture for about 1 minute and rinse (do not swallow). Then mix together a small amount of toothpaste + 1 teaspoon Baking Soda + 1/2 teaspoon water = mix together for form a paste. Brush your teeth with this paste and rinse. NOTE: This should not replace your regular toothpaste because it is so abrasive. Use this mixture for 3 to 5 days then take a break for a few weeks; repeat as needed.
